Hi - Am still using open box v8s using a to z alphabet for channels, recently star plus, a hindi channel is freezing very badly and is unview ble, is it my line or *ky have done something?

have you did a rescan to make sure the channels haven't been moved from your last scan?if no do a rescan then check if the channels is missing up, if so it could be a problem with your provider chum.

Thanks for clearing this up, yes i did do a fresh scan, could you possibly confirm if your star plus is freeze free, that would be great.

mine is running fine.
could be a provider issue
