SS4 on Openbox V8s

I am sooooo confused about this, some say you can still get it ( but don't explain how) some say no.
Could some kind person please let me know either way as I really miss the golf. If it's a new transponder which is it and what symbol rate so I can add it.
I have searched the site but just get more confused at all the different suggestions for different boxes and suppliers.

Can only be got through cable or iptv. It's gone off satellite!!

Gone on satellite c/s for the foreseeable.

You probably have old information from before the second bunch of channels went down - this information tells you that you can find SS4 on another transponder but this isn't possible now since Tuesday.
