Spy ware program

Hello!
Any recommendations for spyware removal programs, never used one, computer seems slow these days, could it be full of bugs etc?

I use Superantispyware Free. It's kept me out of trouble so far. ;)

you need a full hit then.

first run ccleaner. (both clean up and registry clean up)

the run adwcleaner (your computer will reboot afterwards so don't do it in the middle of something)
AdwCleaner Download

then run malwarebytes

the run an reason core security

then run an antivirus.

run ccleaner again.

And personally I don't recommend keeping an antivirus on your computer. It will slow it down.
run it. uninstall it.

Go through the above motions once a month.

do exactly as kiddac has suggested, the only thing I would add to that is to do it all in safe mode, (on boot keep pressing F8) this will stop all programs and drivers from loading and will enable the scan complete.

by the way downlaod and install and update all the programs suggested before entering safe mode as your internet wont work in safe mode.
