Special characters

Team, can someone advise how I get the colon ':' character pls?

ive added one previously but the option via the remote keyboard doesn't appear to be there by pressing all numbers multiple times to get a chat her. It appears the only buttons with characters are 1 and 0

Any thoughts??

Not 100% but is it not multiple presses of 0?

You'd have thought so but no TerryB,
space, underscore _ and hyphen - only (along with 0 obvioulsy)

1 gives me full stop, comma , star * ? ! @ and 1
