Smarters will not play live tv

Until recently Smarters was OK on my ipad and phone, now it will play movies and series but will not play live TV.
I have tried 3 log ins from my provider but all the same no live TV...just times out

any ideas please

its working ok with IPTVx

Use a different player, smarters knows about this problem and are working on it.
Not sure if an older version of smarters will work but it should

Have you spoken with the provider no point in asking here really.

Yes I have asked him thats why he provided me with 3 more log ins to try.

Just a reseller with next to no knowledge. He should have more than one app available to start with and have checked the smarters app his self.

I have been using the guy for years and I am more than happy in fact hes a personal friend,and I dont pay for his services, Im not here to get in an argument, I just asked a question.

Your provider may have an older version.
Is it your providers app you are using now?
He should already know about the smarters problem, it's been known about for two weeks

yes he has told me to use iptvx..which works ok......I just prefer the look of smarters...

Interesting....... I have my provider's own modified Smarters and that too is dead. Nanomid however is still working fine.

.... and so it seems is IPTVX which is complaining that it can't find the server. Must be something else wrong.

Check that you have put correct login details in iptvx player, log out and back in.
Or your providers DNS may have changed, ask him for his newest iptvx player

is Xciptv an app for watching iptv subscriptions? I cant see anywhere to add details.
