Smarters pro, stopped working.

Evening all, Is there another app similar to smarters pro. As mine has stopped working. I have tried resetting the router and the nvidea sheild (left unplugged for 15 mins), cleared cache and checked the other setting as in the help guide. I have contacted my supplier ( been with them a couple of years and is usually really good) who was looking into it but they have gone quiet and cant get a response. When i had issues previously i changed to DJTV app and that worked good but when i renewed i went back to smarters as he said he couldn't do the sub on DJTV. Could anyone advise on what to try next or of any apps to try please.

Hes been good for a couple of years. just seems weird that he suddenly stopped. will look to get a months sub and see if that works on smarters as its not the first time smarters has played up on me.

Have you tried your login details on your phone? Does he have other players/apps? You should try one of those before buying anything, if its his smarters app playing up, the line could still work in a different player

i've always downloaded the Smarters pro and djtv via a code he sent so not sure how to download on the shield box. i have tried to search on the downloader app but no joy.

Install at least 2 apps from the same supplier for backups.

If your supplier hasn’t given out the URL to you and just given a hardcoded app to install from downloader then you can’t test on any random app to see if it’s still working.

Semester, it's a panelled app but sounds of it. So would need to get the url to be able to test on another app...
