Slow channel zapping

I picked up an Octagon SF8008 and when changing channels, it is quite slow at first - the video is in slow motion at first and takes a second or two to catchup. Having had a look around, I found out this is due to the processor.

Does anybody with a Gigablue or Vu box have this issue too?

Hisilicon chips are slow to zap for some reason.
All my boxes are slow zapping due to my unicable LNB though. I have to set a 2500 delay or ABM fails.
You can change the zapping behaviour in settings.
