setup brand new box

I am having trouble flashing my box while trying to install the Wooshbuild.
I have put the Zgemma folder on two different USB sticks, tried booting from front and back USB's. Also tried holding power button in when switching on the box.
I am doing this for a friend who has a H2 box...I have done this before with my own H2S box and that time worked great...any ideas please.

I've just one suggestion, and that is to go to whichever zgemma section exists for your box, and post a new thread and then say what version of Woosh, what steps you have taken, What type of memory stick you are using, what you did to format it, is the box recognising the USB, etc.
The more info you give, the more likely you are to get an answer, that helps you out
