Server url help for reset firestick

Hi could anyone help me please as I don’t know what to do. Iv had the same provider recommended on Tk for 4 years and tried a few of his apps. The most recent one just said IPTV and I’m still subscribed until September. The problem I have is my firestick has been factory reset by my daughter and when looking back on emails the only details I have are my username and password. Anything else would have been WhatsApp which was on an old phone . Iv downloaded a couple of different apps but no joy. I have got a recent email that has a link and says you can also use this for DNS. I hope this enough info for someone to tell me if I can get mine back. Thankyou a

You have not mentioned if you are in touch with who you purchased it from as they would be best to resolve this for you.

You have not said which app u were using ..was it provider one or ur own...if own then u say u have the user name and password and the link dns will be the one you use as server url. If your using provider app then dns usually pre loaded so you login with username and password...if what I said don't work then likely dns has changed you are best contacting provider.

Iv always had the guys number but broke my phone and lost all contacts and don’t have the original emails. However do have his email address but had no response. He’s always give me app to download but after the reset iv attempted downloading a couple that look the same and trying the credentials since it was reset but no joy. It was a member Called carnage on Here that passed me on to him

If the seller was on here then you may want to contact one of the mods on here who maybe able to assist you ..however if it was a referral from a member here to a seller not on here you may be out of luck...try tivimate add the dns link as ur url and the username password u have see if u have any luck...

Download and install an app such as Smarters or Tivimate on your firestick.

For smarters the screen should look something like the below:

• Any Name: Put anything
• Username: Put the username you have been given
• Password: Put the password you have been given
• The last box - put the DNS you have been given.
