Satellite 2 rooms

Basically we have sky in the front room, and i want sky in my room aswell,

Our dish looks like this

So i was just wondering how i can get a cable into my room whats the easiest way would i need a new dish? and would this dish be okay for 2 sky box's

The dish is perfect for any number of connections, the problem is the LNB (the thing at the end of the arm) you have to find out if it's a duo/quad/octo as this decides if you can have 2/4/8 connections.
The way to do this is to see how many connections are there.
