Running a 2nd Zgemma box

Hi guys,
a friend of mine has a Zgemma H2S installed already where his sky box once was, he's looking to add a second box in another room but only has the one set of infeed cables from the dish.
would it be possible to split off the current cables and run them into another room or would he need to run 2 new cables direct from the dish to the new box?

Thanks

You can not split the feeds for the 2nd box, each tuner needs its own connection from the LNB to work correctly.

Your "friend" can replace his current LNB with a quad LNB for about £10, they are super easy to swap over, just remove 1 screw and slide off then the reversal for fitting. Then just run a twin cable from the new LNB to his second box, he will also need a internet connection to the second box, if the room is too far away to run a ethernet cable direct to the router then tell him to look at homeplugs rather than Wi-Fi.
