Windows 10 Removing user data for new owner?

I am selling my old windows 10 laptop. I have carried out a clean reinstall of Widows 10 to remove all of my old data. When I re-installed Windows 10 I had to enter my name an email address for the system to work.

Is there a way to remove my name and email info for the new owner? preferably to a status when the system boots up it requests new owner information to be imputed?

Thanks

re-install windows 10 but power it off at the stage where it asks for owner information and email, then send it to the new owner.
When he starts it up, he'll put his own info in and email etc

Thanks.

I have re-installed windows again, got to this stage.

There's no option to power off, how do I power off?

If you disconnect the internet and click bottom left, 'offline account' it will let you set it up without putting in your own details.

Just turn it off. Press and hold the power button and it will switch off.

No need to enter any information. Doesn't it show setup screens before it asks you to login? Such as language etc? You can power off on those screens so the person buying it gets to do the complete setup.
