Recommend a VPN router

Can anybody recommend a router I can install a vpn on, something not too expensive (<£100) .

I have 500mbs broadband, and currently I have a deco P9 router plugged into the ONT box. The P9 has 2 other mesh access points, linked to it, which work well.

I wish to install the vpn on the router, instead of having one on each device. This router doesn't allow a vpn to be installed on it, but I like the mesh wifi.

I will turn the wifi off on the new router.

Thanks

Most Asus routers allow open VPN ,
Which VPN provider you using.essy to set up.
Which devices you looking to utilise the VPN , you can individually set up each device for VPN.
So you don't have to have the whole network on the vpn

I got a Asus 2900 off the bay for about 50 notes. Perfect for wot I need. Put Hub3 into modem mode. Connect up installed merlin with help from lads on here (thank you 😁) I did have vpn running on router, surfshark. But now just run the vpn on firestick. Lot cleaner imo. Router lights up and changes colours 😂😂😂

Did the VPN on the router work ok? Did you notice much speed drop? Or any other issues?
