Problems with zgemma on sly broadband !!!

Recently my zgemma boxes have gone off,
I have 2 box 1 at my home an 1 at my parents.
I have tried 're flashing the boxes an using different lines from a different supplier .
Both houses have sly broadband , could sly be blocking my signal by any chance ??

Doubt that very much what cam are you using ? Make sure it'd active and box is connected to router also dhcp is enabled in network settings

It's a newcam, I have done all the above. I'm thinking it has to be the internet as the boxes went down near the same time

Restart your router make sure Internet is working

I have done that numerous times an still no joy . For some reason I can get iptv working just not the line

Having the same issue.. no cam with no ECM data..

Use sky myself. all working fine here

Log into your online sky portal and check that 'Sky Shield' is off

I had same issue my providers server went down yesterday they sorted it last night upstairs s2 came on downstairs didnt i did a network test and it had all grren tocks apart from ip address i couldnt access it through file zila had to turn router off for a few mins and the h2s then all worked fine again

You sure it's not the gifts rather than the broadband? Might be worth trying a free test line off someone

just found that I have:-
Network Severs: NONE
That would indicate that the bloke has turned off my gift hasn't it???

tried using a test line, still no joy. My have to go back to Sly as im at the end of my tether!!
