Please help a newbie to open box

Hi all
First time here and a newbie to open box, I have setup for first time use and downloaded updates but I am unable to get channel 5, just get a black screen and other fta channels including yesterday and really are scrambled and therefore I can’t view them, don’t understand why as on my freesat tv these are available to view.

Any advice will be hugely appreciated.

On another note how do I go about viewing the sky scrambled channe

Also state which box you are using. If you are going to try a new channel list on your box make sure it is for the correct make and model

Where can I get a sub from and how much

the sky sports and sky movie channels aren't available regardless of where you get a sly line from as they went dark in March, still a hundred other channels though
