PAYG Firestick etc

Im looking for a device to enable my ageing parents access to IPTV. They dont have internet at home and i am interested to see if there is a PAYG device or do i just need to organise a cheap broadband..
All suggestions welcome

Organise cheap broadband. HD streams work fine on mobile connections but a footy match in HD will consume at least 3GB of data. Cheap unlimted broadband is your best bet

Yeah totally agree cheap bb package because it gets through a lot of data with constant use and if your in a virmin cable area theres option for internet and you could get a cs box aswell ::
