Openbox V9S - Where To Buy?

IanM233

Hi All,

Having been scammed twice in a row on Ebay in trying to buy an Openbox V9S, I am now at a loss as to where I go from here to buy one! I made an online enquiry to eopenbox.co.uk but did not receive a reply and I now notice the V9S has been removed from their website! I would prefer to buy the genuine article and not a clone. So any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Ian

Can I ask why you want this box specifically?? It's not a particularly good box. (My honest option) There are better options depending on what you want at similar money.

Good luck.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. The main reason is cost. I am a newbie to this and being a pensioner funds are somewhat limited. I'm on a learning curve and my thinking is that this box would get me started. If in the end it doesn't turn out to be a practical proposition,I will hang on a while and try and go for a Zgemma

Regards

Ian

Neither the v9s or zgemma are going to give you sky TV via sat dish as it's all been encrypted. If your after this You'd be better off with an IPTV box like a mag box or a amazon fire TV box or stick.. the fire stick is a good choice as price wise it's similar to v9s and it works well with IPTV.

Good luck

hi pal. from what I know eopenbox only sold v9s for a short period of time.. they are doing v8 se plus now though. and that will take u under 5mins to setup with iptv

As mentioned above I would be looking at a MAG box with an IPTV subscription
or cable is the best option if you have VM broadband.

Not much left to view with a sat box.

You can run IPTV on the box mentioned above but personally I would go for
a dedicated streaming box rather than a sat box using a plugin, but as always
it comes down to budget in the end.

PM the reaper for all things openbox !! :(y):

Hi,

Thank you for all your replies. I now understand the situation. I do have a fairly recent android box which is good. However I am constantly trying different IPTV apps all of which so far have proved very hit and miss, channels tend to work ok for a day or two and then stop!
VM cable is not an option for me I'm afraid.
An Openbox V8S-SE has been mentioned, is there a reliable supplier for this model?

Thanks again.

Cheers.
