Openbox V8s = Subtitles

Hello all, i have a Open-box v8s and i am trying to sort out he subtitles, now on BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV etc they are small and clearly readable, now say for instance i put it on sky sports 1 they are large and not clearly readable? am i able to sort this to use the same subtitle as the bbc channel, im thinking its got to be an edit in the image file for the box or something as when i turn subtitles on for BBC 1 its basically small or large?..

Hope someone can help me out.
