Openbox v8s scrambled channels

I am rather new to this box, had it a few months but only been using it on and off now I am trying to reset it back up for full use and every channel apart from freeview are scrambled. Please help, I have rescanned countless times, updated the channel lists, deleted everything and rescanned but all to no avail. Any help would be great, step by step to help a novice like me

HI I am having the same issues and I did not buy mine with a gift. My ccamm is showing as being online but all channels are scrambled have updated firmware programme list and still programmes showing scrambled we have tried cwaite and ajsat programme lists with no joy can anyone help please

hello guys
today I went to add a cline to my friends openbox v8s and could not get it working. all FTA channels were working. all premium channels are showing as scrambled..
I have been through absolutely everything I can think of.
updated firmware
checked Ethernet connection
updated channel list
removed channel list and scanned satellite
checked cccam it shows as online
I'm a reseller and have checked on the server the cline shows as online on the server too and shows the correct connection time everytime I reboot the box
now I'm totally lost, ive been through many threads and tried everything ive read. still on FTA and others showing as scrambled..

I have brought the box back home with me in the hope I can help my friend out.. the cline works fine when I put it into my own openbox v8s..
hoping someone one more experienced than myself will be able to help us out..
like I said I'm a reseller so I'm thinking ive pretty much tried everything obvious..
