Openbox v8s reboot help

For some reasons all my encrypted channels have gone dark. I mean the lot. I have asked the line provider and he confirms no issues from his end. I have been suggested to carry out box and nline reboot.
Can someone please guide me through it. I would appreciate this very much.

Reboot just means switching the receiver off and on again. See if you can connect to "upgrade by network" in the "Network local settings menu", if it connects then check your line to see if it says "Online", Goto - Network Local Setting-Camds Setup-CCcam Client Setup-Manage Config Files-CCcam.fig, (if you can't see "Camds Setup" press 6666 on remote), if there's nothing there then you have an NLine & you won't be able to see if that's connected.

A lot of line sellers have just closed down, 3 people i know have lost all channels from 3 different sellers in the last 2 weeks.
You could buy a cheap line off ebay for £2.50, I bought one yesterday for £2 but I see today he has doubled his price to £4, Scandalous, mind not as bad as the one's still selling them for £30.

hi mike, thanks for responding. in CC Cam setup where you key in username pass server etc. it keeps displaying 'connecting', should it not say connected or online? I have been told that it is N line that I have. he is adamant that the line is working.

I am wondering if I can get a test nline on TK forum to confirm either or

BT Sports, Eir sports, Motorsport, Box Nation, Man utd tv HD, 2 Horse racing channels, Discovery Channels, MTV channels, & some other channels are still working. They will all go but no one knows when.

All mine went this morning, the seller of my line is hoping that a solution will available in a month or so, he is under pressure because he sold most of his boxes with 36 months and a lot of people are complaining to him.

He's not telling you the whole truth, servers are starting to close down, your seller is using lines from a server that has shut down. Sellers are telling customers that all the channels are off because they know there is no point in buying more lines to sell.
If you buy a line for the remaining channels buy the cheapest you can get.

I was once naive and purchased a 24 month line. Lasted 6 months and they was shut down. General excuses, cards expired, server hacked but if you buy another I'll switch them back on.
