Openbox V8S MISSING BT SPORT 2

Hi guys, I've got an odd issue here! For over a year now I have been using both my V8s boxes without issue, but a few months back BT Sport 2 on just 1 box won't descramble. I have the scrambled icon on the screen & that's it. I'm using the same ch list on both boxes, however 1 I had from Amazon & 1 from EBay. I don't understand why BT sport 2 has stopped working on just 1 box, I've done scans, relisted the channels with other lists but it just stays scrambled WTF??
Weird or what?

If you've not already done this, Get a test line from the forums to rule out any provider issues.

Check the frequency on the one that's not clearing.......
Mines clearing on 11344h 27500. 5/6
