OpenBox V8S HELP!!!

Hi, I have updated the box and done the firmware update and then got a CCcam, downloaded it and put it on my usb stick. I then updated files to my box and it then told me to reboot it so I did but now it says next to my CCcam 'offline'. Does anyone know why this is or what ive done wrong or need to do?

Is your internet active? Go to network settings, make sure DHCP is on and on your ethernet or wifi settings, make sure whichever you are using is ACTIVE. If not then go to your cam settings, go to your line and make sure you activate it
