Openbox V8s c-line problems

Just got an openbox v8s but all I'm getting on $ channels is scrambled. I have added my line via the upgrade by USB option and camds setup but still the same issue. When I go into the manage files option it shows my line but says offline.... Even though it is working as tested on f5 box. Internet isnt the problem as i have tried ethernet and wifi.
Am I missing a step here?

Even though you say that internet isn't the problem, have you double-checked by trying the youtube app?

If you click on a category on the left, does it show a list in the middle & thumbnail on the right?

Is DHCP set to ON?

Yeah internet connection is good, youtube app showing as it should and DHCP on. Im beginning to think the box doesn't like the format of the line (although I have tried C and N and even copied the exact line used on skybox f5s)

Have u tried typing the line manually ? Also did u press the green active button then reboot ur box ?

Thanks for the replies people, its all sorted. Sub provider kicked my active line and that sorted it. 4 hours of going through the same steps over and over and it was probably right all along
