Openbox v8 keeps freezing

before i start i don't know any technical info on theses boxes.

I have had my openbox v8 for 2 weeks and it has worked absolutely fine no problems what so ever, until last night i tried watching sky movies and sky sports and after about 10 seconds it freezes for abit then works again for a short while then freezes.

would anybody be able to advise me on what to do to solve this issue?

When the picture freezes, does it also display "scrambled"?

You might need to try a test line from another provider if that's the case.
