Openbox V8S help please

I own a skybox f5s which works great. Ive bought an Openbox V8s for my father in law, but were having major issues with it. He gets box nation/Bt Sport/ESPN etc but none of the sd sky channels are working, they are scrambled. I bought the same box for my father and it works fine! We have tried resetting the channel list but this didnt work. Any ideas?

so your saying boxnation bt sports and espn work but no channels like sky sports sky movies etc work ?

where did you get the channel list update from ?

have you tried reboot your router ?

Exactly, they all work but sky channels dont. Box came pre loaded with channel list which i have deleted and tried AJ's instead. Have tried rebooting/restarting box and router etc

If your getting bt sports clearing but sky sports are showing scrambled icon then its your server. if it was the channel list and the channel wasn't at that frequency it would display invalid search message in the centre off the screen and not scrambled.

Check that your signal is ok on sky sports SNR if below 30% that would also return a scambled result.

I had a similar fault so i reflashed the box, all is good now.
