Openbox V8 Golden - Internet problems

Got a Openbox V8 Golden at the weekend. Everything works ok, the line, sat channels tuned in ok, cable channels tuned in ok. The problem is (after reading a few threads on here) seems to be my VM Superhub. Box will work ok for say 30 seconds then up pops a box saying network cable unplugged and channel goes off. 30 seconds or so later up pops a box saying network cable plugged in and channel comes back on. When this happens the hub wifi light comes on and starts flashing and the power light at the bottom turns from white to green. This continues constantly. My 2 zgemma H2H and openbox V8 are working fine. It just seems to be the V8 Golden. Tried it at my brothers same thing, he too has VM Superhub. Any help will be much appreciated

The V8 Golden is not compatible with VM SH3 as stated in threads on this forum.
A good dealer should and would have informed you of this ongoing problem.
There is a fault with the chipset in the SH3 so worth getting your hands on the SH2 as this will work with the Golden.

Thanks for that. Could I just replace the SH3 with a SH2 then?

Yes but you will need to get VM to connect etc
