Openbox V8 Combo

Hi, jumping in with both feet I bought an Openbox V8 Combo, anyone know anything about these?
I think these may be knock-offs using the Openbox name.
I can find little in the way of support for them, even entering a Channel List seems impossible.

Unfortunately not. I found the apparent manufacturer at freesat.cn but not had any response from them. I started the laborious task of manually setting the channels.
It's a shame as the box performance is pretty decent.

ive tried that update mark with no luck it see that its there when I upgrade by usb and does actually flash but it deletes all the channels ??

hi i have same v8 combo this keeps losing channels have done a system reset and blind scanned channels and seems ok noe the files that this box use are .bin files
if you know someone who has the same v8 combo you shold be able to do a dump to pendrive and reinstall on your box
