openbox v5s

iv got a openbox v5s whats was working fine.its been returned to me.when i add a cline which is working fine box keeps saying scrambeled..and when i go in settings says offline.but when i put cline on another box works straight away.any ideas what can be the problem

Make sure your internet is active and DHCP is turned on, you can do both by going to network settings, then internet settings

its still the same wont work...has any 1 also experianced when u click ok to pick a channel the screen goes mad jumps all over.

Does youtube work? Not sure what you mean jumping around, like scrambled?
