Openbox v5s some channels missing

Hi everyone! Just looking for abit of advice about the v5s! I'm currently getting scrambled on certain channels! Some are in the H range and some in the V range! I know the dish and lnb work fine as iv other boxes to test on and they all work, just this particular box is causing the trouble. I think I'm included everything I know, any help would be great appreciated.

upgrade to the latest firmware and do a new blind scan or update firmware then load latest channel list

I seem to be having the same issue, firstly it was doing it on Movie channels and now its doing it on other channels?

I will try the upgrade and see how I get on, but I'm testing with other boxes all running the same firmware so can't see why it would be an issue on just one box

I have updated the firmware etc and still no joy! I can watch btsports1 on 11604 v sr 29500 but then when I try watch btsports 2 on the exactly same 11604 v se 29500 it just says scrammbled? Any ideas?
