Openbox V5s showing as offline today.

New Member here and first time ever using an Openbox..



Received my Openbox V5s earlier in the week, it was purchased with a " lifetime free gift " whatever that means, from a seller with good feedback.



Managed to set everything up according to the instructions and it has been working fine for a day or so up until this morning.



I keep getting the message that it is Offline when I go into network and the only channel is the audio channel giving the channel list information.



Is there something simple that I can do to sort this out please?.

make sure dhcp is set on box and cam running

but life free gift is a no no mate
so could be the line itself not working

DCHP is on and when I go into network it is showing offline.


The server name has the green tick alongside it but is showing offline.


What does " free lifetime gift " actually mean and is it worth anything?.


Do you think that I need to find a new server?.

free life time gift if bought from fleebay means nothing mate
you get your channels but for how long
only the person who sold it to you

it sounds like the line is dead mate

take a look here for a gift mate this will make sure its line or not

Does the word "screwed" mean anything.
If you are certain it's the server then drop a name and shame to the bay and stuff their feedback to warn others.
