openbox v5s is this box useless?

Got a v5s as a first box to use as im new to this,

i have tried now 3 different lines ( 2 ccam and one using mgcamd) i seem to always get freezing (scrambled logo coming up) which is totally random might not happen for a day or 2 then happens constantly
doesnt seem to be internet connection, as im doing speedtests while its happening and still getting full speeds from my 150MB connection

any ideas maybe some settings to change?

+ i am hard wired to router and have ruled out anything like port forwarding etc

if you have a good satellite signal and you have a good net connection then more than likely your server
