Openbox V5S Help

My Openbox V5S has started playing up and i can no longer watch any of the scrambled channels. I've tried everything including messing around with the ccams and config files but still nothing happens.
Do I need to update my firmware or is there a more technical solution to this problem.

Is your internet working ok? Have you spoke the host of your server to see if your line is ok? Prob worth getting a test from somewhere and see if it works, if it does then your server is at fault

My internet connection is fine but how do i find out who my server host is? I bought the box off Ebay and the seller wont respond to any of my messages.

You wont know unless the seller replies. Chances are you need a new server
