Openbox V5s Freezing problems

Hi

Fairly new to this, just got V5s box, updated firmware & Channel list but some of my channels keep freezing and saying scrambled, even when the signal strength is good.

I have good internet speed's

Also any links or advice on other things i need to upgrade on the firmware/software side.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Sounds line the line provider then if its constant freezing scrambling.

Is there any Software or other firmware i can update on the Openbox V5s?

if it is your line provider you will have to speak with them. updating firmware etc will not fix this issue. contact them to find out what is going on.
