openbox v5s audio and video not in sync

greetings to the group. I've just received my first openbox v5s and am trying to get my head around this amazing system.
My first problem is how to get the audio and video in sync. I'd be pleased to know how to correct this problem.

press pause on you remote then press play it usually fixes the problem
