I decided to try to repair my old S9HD as it has connections for my sound bar. I noticed that one of the capacitors on the power board had blown. I replaced the blown capacitor but still no joy. I therefore decided to replace the whole board and managed to purchase one from Satboxes.com in Ireland. My box now works like a treat again and I am well pleased. Lesson learned: Just because your box has packed in you do not necessarily need go out and buy a new one, have a look inside and see what the problem is first of all.
