Openbox S9 - HELP

Hi guys,

I have an openbox s9 hd which is playing all the free to air channels on sky, however i am unable to view any of the scrambled channels.
can anybody help and let me know how to unscramble them channels or how to go about viewing all them. please can someone help asap.
