can anyone help me i purchased an openbox s10 for my brother this week i myself am using the S9 and using a good server no freezing so i got a test line to install from the server i use and put it into my brothers S10 at his house but the line is very bad keeps freezing and scrambling on and off so i put the test line into my S9 at my house and it works fine...At my brothers house l've tried a few other test lines from other servers and the same freezing going on and off the dish is fine because the free to air channels are perfect please help.............

Sounds like an internet problem.

Does your Brother's box connect to the router directly by ethernet cable?

ya it does, i tried my openbox s9 on his router and it worked fine so i would't think its the internet connection.
