Hi, I have recently bought a new line for my v8s all of the subscription channels are scrambled . I have checked everything and all seems ok. been in touch with the supplier and he says the server is ok..any help appreciated.

Menu network settings cams cccam plug manage configuration files check to see if your line is on line or mgcam plug manage configuration files newcamd.list check to see if it your line is across the screen and coded red Also network settings check ethernet is on green and dhcp is on and applied you could try rebooting your router
I have the line highlighted in red with the green circle with a tick but it says offline. Could this be anything to do with needing the channel list updating ?
With all channels scrambled it's your internet or your line If you try channel update by the network and see http server error across the screen you have Internet problem
Menu > network settings >Cams>either cccam plug or mgcam plug >mange configuration files and delete your existing line Download and transfer your line onto formated to 32 u.s.b stick insert in the box menu >network settings >cams cccam plug or mgcam plug >update by u.s.b
Ok go into cccam plug manage configuration files enter host port user password then ok to put a tick beside it then if it is correct you will then reboot the box
