Openbox locks up

for some reason my openbox v8 will lock up when I click on certain channels and I have to pull the power.Anyone else had this problem before,only does it on certain channels tho like just now selected sky cinema hits on Astra 1h but box just froze I need to pull the power and reboot.

When I reboot and try the same channel it will do the same thing again

Common problem with IPTV on Openbox v8s.If there is a missing stream,the box freezes as you mention.No solution.If you are thinking IPTV long term get a Zgemma H2S,much better with epg and categories.

I've had this happen before but only once or twice, I had to delete the transponder of the channel it was on & then scan the channels in again, (it could be a bug in the channel list or just too many channels & tansponders stored),
if it's more than one channel then you would be better loading a new list,

hi mate.. u need to have your box upgraded to SE plus and then the iptv will work more smoother via extremecode.

Do a firmware upgrade and new channel list should fix the issue,For iptv look at a different type box like an android or magbox
