Odd problem Freeview (UK)

I have a strange problem with my Hisense 50A6KTUK TV its been working brilliantly since ive had it 4-5 months. Had a brand new loft aerial installed with a masthead amp installed by a qualified engineer, all freeview channels working and with all near 100% signal. The last week though BBC 1 HD and ITV HD in particular stutter and pixelated even with a near 100% connection.

Ive changed:

Cables
Wall-plate (Coaxial)
Bought new Masthead amp
Re-tuned TV
Updated TV firmware

and ive still got the issues, im stumped on what is causing this as this just starting happening when everything has been working flawlessly. any help or advice would greatly appreciated

I had to get one of these to fix my issue (same as yours) as signal was too strong.

Your signal might be good enough with out the
Masthead amplifier and power unit

So i thought i would provide an update, the Variable Attenuator appears to have worked, ive had to buy 2 though as the first one i bought was faulty, the second one has worked with just the standard setting, signal was at 100% now at 92% and its fixed from what i can tell. This has been driving me mad tbh, thanks for the comments particularly DjXs for suggesting this was the issue

It is just a name change. No frequency changes involved so people don't have to re-scan.

Same for satellite.
