'no signal'

Hi there wondering if you could help.I am trying to setup my openbox s11 using my sky dish with quad lnb.I have two of the four lnb outputs connected to my sky box and the other to my openbox but i am recieving a'no signal' on all the channels.I have checked my signal intensity is only 45% and my signal quality is 10% so obviously there is a problem here.Do I need to upgrade my lnb or run my openbox from a seperate dish or maybe something slightly simplier?thanks for your time.

there is a problem with these boxs tri disconting both feeds to your sky box and see if you get your chanles on your openbox if so there is a fix you can do on the feed to the lnb to fix this falt with a dioade and a cap i cant do atchments so cant add the diagram as yet but if ou whont it pm me and will tri send it that way and it is very cheep to do
