hi all
Switched me box on today and not getting anything on the LCD screen box is working fine just nothing on the LCD. Any help appreciated fellas.

No first thing I checked. Only put it in standby over night switched it back on and nothing. Will put your latest image on see if that sorts it.

Mine did same , needed a replacement lcd screen , depending where you bought it from you are looking at up to 28 days to send back to Germany to get it fixed.

Hi mate. Yea realised had a 2 year warranty on it. Sent it back and they replaced the screen. All good now still took a month like you said.

This is my problem, too. No LCD screen.
One day it worked and the next day there is nothing on the LCD screen (Blank, black screen).

Did I turn off the LCD screen with any button on the remote control?

If the LCD screen is in trouble, where can I buy it?

If it's still in warranty send it back, if not contact manufacturer for a price

The device is no longer under warranty.
The manufacturer's website is down (http://www.et-view.net).

Where can I buy an LCD display?

The LCD display does not work even when the power is turned on.
Is the LCD screen broken or turned off with the remote control?

Is it possible to turn off the LCD display with the remote control?

The support from both the retailer and the manufacturer for mine was dire.
They are happy to sell , but not replace faulty devices and fixes took ages.
There are 4.3" replacement screens available for other touchscreen devices, but would need to check model number of one in the box.
