Hi Guys

my zgemma h7s was working fine , on monday I took it out and also took router
out

as we are having work done in the house , so all had to be moved .
on friday evening I plugged all back in again

now my h7s has no ip address , the box is plugged straigh into the router
which is a few feet away ,

I tried many different cables which all worked on other devices , when I go into
my router page , I can see the box has a lan connection

I even reflashed it with openatv 6.3 , it was on 6.2 .. have had the box 3 yrs with
no other problems .

I also have a h92 , but that is stuck on openatv boot screen and wont reflesh after I tried to
update it last yr from openatv 6.2 to 6.3 , any help would be grateful guys

Unplug the router.
Wait 5 minutes before powering it back on, also unplug the H7.
When the router has finished flashing and settled down, plug the box back in and check ip address.

The H9 will flash if you use a USB with openatv 6.4 on it

tried that still the same Pablo , even restarted network , its so weird

Does anything come on screen when you boot it up?
when I try to flash it , I see the front flashing and then I let go of reset button
it stays red , then the scree logo of open atv comes on

have tried with 3 kingston usb's I have . I know they work as I used it to flash
the h7 yesterday

Try flash online.
Put the USB in and initialise it.
Then use remote
Press Blue
Flash online
Follow onscreen instructions

Try a different USB.
SanDisk are a few quid from Asda.

This isn't the box at fault it's the router.
Unplug the ethernet cable and try it in a different port on the router

Run network wizard and change dhpc to no then set Google nameservers

8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

You'll have to go into the router settings and check what's going on.
Has someone changed it to WiFi only or some other weird setting?
Do the zgemmas connect to Internet?
