no internet connection

Hi all I've had no scrambled channels for a few days it's looks I have no internet connection because the YouTube doesn't work either and my cline if offline. Is this a box fault or anything else could be I have tried most things.

Yeah I've done all that running out of ideas now

Switch box on again menu scroll across to network settings select network check to see if your ethernet light is on green and dhcp is on and applied

Are you getting http server error when you try to update your channel list by the network

Don't know what box you've got as you don't say! But, if you can go into the menu, local network setting, upgrade by network, and it connects. It's not an Internet issue. It'll be your line!

Ok thanks guys I've got a f5 box I will have a go at it later. My gift people said the line is working perfectly.

After turning shield off did you turn Box and router off for 20 mins

Yeah been off all day only just put them I turned the broadband shield off yesterday
