New to Satellite - no channels?

Have made the move to satellite with a Technomate 5302HD. Has been ok for about 4 weeks but channels are not connecting since yesterday. Router etc connected and working. Help please, or point me to the right place for info. Thanks.

Have you check with your server ? or person who supplies your gift channels ? sounds like maybe your server has expired

Only had it a month - can we check ourselves. They said it was our router which is fine. Thanks

You could always get a test line,im not familar with your box can you view say utube on the box ? if all is working then its not your router and the supplier is havin you over,have a look in the Technomate section of the forum,i can pm you a test line if you know where to put it?

Can view iTunes so not router .

its a cline like off your server but last 24hrs.......have a look in forum my friend should find the info on how to test your line that you have

Streaming to YouTube is poor - would that make any difference?
