New satellite setup

Newbie
At a new property I have a previously installed Sly dish with four visible cables from the LNB. In the main living room is a faceplate (pictured). In the past I've connected straight from the dish to a Zgemma H2S.

What is my best option to connect here, please?

somebody is bullshitting
you wont get satellite via that faceplate
I suppose it's possible the previous occupant lied about having Sky, but there is certainly a dish and I can't imagine where else in the house the cables would come through from it.

I’m lost here
So you have or never connected to these before?

Easy to make a cable with two different ends on it and it will work fine
Maybe the only plate they had and didn’t want to spend money

Did you check other rooms for f connector plates?
Those other crappy plug in plates will have loose connections

I've only ever connected direct from the dish, through the wall, to the zgemma. Never used a plate. But this new property has the plate that I posted as the main plate in the house, so it confused me.

There are no other plates in the house, aside from telephone ports.

I'm wondering if he used to have Sly and hid the cables behind the wall when Vermin became available.

It is possible the existing owner has
Joined to the cable in the loft which is
Connected to that wall plate He
Then has connected to his stb with
Uhf connection at one end f connector
At the other Use to connect that way

If that was the case is it satisfactory in terms of signal quality? I would certainly prefer to leave things as they are, but I do need to connect the zgemma to the dish.
