Network Camera / Security Camera

Hi

Can anybody recommend a good network camera or security camera.

Looking to be able to see who is approaching the drive way at the front of my house.

Ideally i would like to view it through my phone or laptop when not at home

Wired or wireless? There are lots of choice out there. Amazon is probably your best place to start and joe516 has given some good examples.

I have a set up of 3 hikvision and a nvr all cameras are POE. All work great had the about 3 years now.

Agree with the MacMan. Hikvision are used quite extensively by cctv installers but are a bit dearer. HiWatch is the cheaper version of the Hikvision brand. Like I said previously there are so many choices out there but it all depends on your budget.

I have sannce one off of Amazon, DVR, 4x1080p cameras, very easy to install. Hardwired thought, but power over ethernet.
I have the XMeye app on my phone and can view the 2 cameras I currently have installed from my phone.
They record to a 4tb HDD, and can be setup to notify when they are tripped.
