Netflix weird issue on firestick

Hello.

I have netflix that I pay for using Turkish gift cards. installed on my firestick and it keeps saying while watching programs you have a adblocker or are using a DNS altering program please disable these and try again.

My Vpn is off and I haven't got any adblockers installed.

It's getting worse everyday and sometimes it shows programs but there is no play option 😕

Maybe because you are not using a Turkish ip address.
What happens if you turn on your vpn connected to a Turkish server?

I would imagine you have cleared cache and rebooted all hardware including router.
If that doesn’t fix it uninstall app and reinstall.
Have tried the account on another device same network ie phone?

Haven't rebooted router.

I'll try on my phone see what happens but don't usually use my phone for it.

Leave router off a few minutes.
I meant just to test on your phone to see if you have the same issue.

Try to Clear Cache and Data: Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications, find Netflix, and clear the cache and data. Restart the app afterward

Last night stuff started pixelating when watching. Think the firestick is duff only just bought it from Amazon the latest one.

I'm gonna return it cheers all

All started glitching and sound was out by miles

Hopefully that’s what is causing your Netflix issue.
Did you try the Netflix account on your phone to see if had the same issues?

Still paying in Turkish Iran forine and running fine I've also got the latest firestick from Amazon, and running sweet. Don't think I've ever cameacross a duff one in all the years. Did you try a full reset. Are you running it from a plug or USB via TV set. Good luck with your return... Paul

Yes from a plug. I noticed a setting on called auto refresh rate. I've turned that off and it seems ok.

So I'm unsure whether it needs to go back or of it's actually ok now

When I think about I'm sure netflix was telling me to turn this off a few weeks back because it may cause stuttering issues

But I only had one warning message so not sure

I see a user on Reddit mentioned stuttering issues when Firestick AFR is on with Netflix.
Did you have ARR set to auto?

I would imagine there are plenty of Firestick users on here who could give some feedback on their experience using ARR on the Firestick with Netflix.
Maybe start another thread and see if anyone replies.
