Net ID on ipab

I live in Leyland which has a net id of 41000 but when I'm setting up ipab in the advanced provider settings menu the Virgin (UK) Region has a list I can scroll through but Leyland 41000 isn't on the list. The nearest is 40968 Preston 2.

I've already tried choosing the Preston net id but I couldn't get my line to clear any channels. I could view the FTA channels, but not the scrambled ones. Any suggestions?

It's a new line that I've never had working before, but I've been in touch by email with the seller about my problem, so I'm assuming the line works.

I'm situated in Preston, there are 2 Preston Net ID's. Try the other one because with the 1st one I tried only some premium channels cleared whereas with the second line all of them cleared

After spending many hours trying to resolve this issue yesterday, late last night I got an email from my provider telling me he thought it was a problem his end ffs.
