Need help to get JBL speaker working again

I have a JBL Music Link speaker.
Somehow, it's not working at the moment as it's not connected I think to the Internet.
I tried factory resetting it by pressing the mute button for 14 seconds and then tried to set it up again using Google Home but with no luck.
My phone has Bluetooth enabled.
You can set these up again using Google Home by scanning the QR code underneath the device but my QR code is worn out underneath the device.
I should have kept the box.
When I unplug and plug back in again I can see the white lights blinking and the speaker then makes a loud noise.
Anyone with any ideas please?

Make sure your Wi-Fi is working properly and that your phone is connected to the same network you want the speaker to join

WiFi and phone are on the same network.
The strange thing is that the speaker reminded me to take my meds but is not responding to commands.

Got it by messing around.
This is the solution for anyone who has the same problem with JBL Music Link Speakers.
On top of the unit press and hold both the Goggle logo and + sign for 10 seconds.
That should reset the unit.
Then download Google Home to your mobile.
Open it, click devices, add device.
3 options in there.
Pick the middle one and place your mobile phone very near to the device while your phone looks for it.
